Check out is at 11am. You can always request a later checkout if we have availability we will do our best to accommodate.  We ask that you remove all of your personal items, strip the bedsheets and discard of any garbage in the cabin. We hope you'll stay with us again soon!

When you arrive, make yourself at home! Check in begins at 3pm. You will receive an email or message with a QR Code with your Welcome Guide including instructions on how to enter the cabin, where all your essentials are located and a full guide of all of our favorite shops, restaurants & more!

Is the cabin suitable for children?

Absolutely! The cabin is perfect for families, couples, groups of friends or even a solo retreat. We have full sized bunk beds on the lower level bedroom with a giant lovesac brand bean bag for relaxing. We also have stocked the cabin with our families favorite games, puzzles and more for the ultimate family bonding time!

What is your pet policy?

Pets are allowed for an additional cabin fee. We ask that they are house trained and you pick up after them in the yard. We love our furry guests, too!

Are their nearby outdoor activities?

Ludlow has incredible offerings year round for outdoor activities. Okemo Mountain Resort is just 15 minutes away, Killington Mountain Resort is 25 minutes away and there are so many other fun things to see and do in the area. Between shops, restaurants, rivers, hiking, breweries, wineries and more there's always something to do in the area!

When is check-in and check-out time?

Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am. Based on our rental availability you can always request an early check in or late check out!

What payment methods are accepted?

You are able to book through Airbnb, VRBO or directly through us via email. Credit Card, Venmo or Zelle are suitable payment options depending on where you are booking through.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please review cancellation policies on Airbnb, VRBO if you are booking through those third party booking sites. If you are booking directly, we ask for a non refundable retainer upon booking to secure your date on the calendar. The remaining payment will be due 7 days before check in. If you cancel within 7 days of your check in, you will be refunded 50% your stay minus the non refundable retainer.
